Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NativewindUI website, CLI, components, templates, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Ronin Technologies, LLC ("Ronin", "we", "us"), a California limited liability company. By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

NativewindUI provides UI components, templates, and tooling for building React Native applications. Free components are available to everyone; paid components and templates ("Pro Content") require a valid license.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a GitHub account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Licenses & purchases

Paid licenses (individual or team) grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pro Content in any number of your own applications and client projects, for as long as your license remains in good standing (lifetime licenses: indefinitely; subscriptions: while the subscription is active or paid through). Team licenses include a fixed number of seats; each seat is for one named person on your team.

You may not:

• redistribute, resell, or sublicense Pro Content on its own or as part of a competing component library, template collection, starter kit, or code-generation product;
• share your account or license access with people outside your purchased seats;
• circumvent license enforcement or access Pro Content without a valid license.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; changes apply to future purchases and renewals, not retroactively to lifetime licenses. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

4. Subscriptions, cancellation & failed payments

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access to Pro Content continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry it; if payment cannot be collected, your access to Pro Content may be suspended or your subscription cancelled.

5. Refunds

Because purchasing grants immediate access to source code, purchases are generally non-refundable. We may grant refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis — contact support@nativewindui.com. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the associated license and access to Pro Content end immediately. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual property

Ronin and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Service and Pro Content. Applications you build using the components are yours. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

7. Communications

We send transactional emails related to your account and purchases. With your consent (or as otherwise permitted by law for existing customers), we may also send product updates and announcements — every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting your license.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, including by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, or using it to violate any law.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE AND PRO CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RONIN'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, AND RONIN IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (including license misuse or payment abuse). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6 and 9) survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. Questions: support@nativewindui.com.
