Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Ronin Technologies, LLC ("Ronin", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you use nativewindui.com, the NativewindUI CLI, and related services. (Looking for the privacy policy of the NativewindUI companion mobile app? It lives here.)

What we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with GitHub we receive your GitHub username, email address, and avatar.
• Purchase information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive and store billing details such as your email, purchase history, license and subscription identifiers, and optionally the Discord username you provide at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical information. Authentication tokens for the CLI, and standard server logs (IP address, requests) needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

• to provide the Service: accounts, license verification, and access to paid content;
• to process payments, prevent fraud, and handle refunds and disputes;
• to send transactional email (receipts, account and license notices) and — with your consent, or as permitted for existing customers — product updates and announcements. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; opting out never affects your license;
• to comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run NativewindUI: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and GitHub (sign-in). Each processes your data under its own privacy terms and our instructions, and we may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep account and license records for as long as your account exists or as needed to honor licenses (lifetime licenses are, by nature, kept indefinitely). Records of purchases are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. Unsubscribe and suppression records are kept so we do not email you again.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise them, email support@nativewindui.com — we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any message.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you use the Service from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US by us and the providers listed above.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
